ROLOGIC is a commercial performance consultancy for freight and logistics companies, based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how ROLOGIC collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.rologic.info or contact us.

When you request the playbook or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your first and last name, work email, company, job title and any message you send. We also collect basic technical data when you visit the website, such as your browser, device and the pages you view, using cookies and similar tools.

We use your details to send you the playbook you asked for, reply to your enquiries, follow up about our programs, run and improve the website, and meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to them, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Wix), email and scheduling tools, and analytics services. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the USA and Europe, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.

The website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then work less well.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then we delete or de-identify it.

If you are in Australia, we handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
